Overview

This page summarises how Internhuddle (“we”, “us”), a DealARR company, handles personal data when you use our internship management platform. It is written in plain language and is not a substitute for a signed data-processing agreement, which we are happy to provide to customers on request.

Who controls the data

When a company runs an internship program on Internhuddle, that company is the data controller for its applicants, interns and mentors. Internhuddle acts as the data processor, handling that data on the company’s behalf and under its instructions.

What we collect

• Account information for admins, mentors and interns (such as name and email).
• Application content submitted by candidates, including written answers and 90-second video introductions.
• Program data created in the platform, such as feedback, notes, offers, contracts, reports and certificates.
• Basic technical data needed to operate the service, such as session information.

How we use it

• We use personal data only to provide the platform: to receive and screen applications, manage offers and contracts, allocate mentors, collect feedback, generate reports and certificates, and keep each workspace secure.
• We do not sell personal data, and we do not use applicant videos or program data to train external models.

Isolation between companies

Every company workspace is strictly isolated. Data from one company is never visible to another, and access within a workspace is governed by role-based permissions.

Retention and deletion

• Personal data is retained only as long as needed for the program, according to the retention settings the controlling company configures. When a record reaches the end of its retention window, personal data — including video introductions — is permanently deleted.
• Companies can also erase individual records on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete your personal data. If you are an applicant or intern, the fastest route is to contact the company running the program. You can also contact us and we will route your request appropriately.
