Terms of Service
The terms that govern use of the Internhuddle internship management platform: accounts, acceptable use, customer data, billing, liability and termination.
Agreement
These terms govern your use of the Internhuddle platform, operated by DealARR. By creating a workspace or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and any organisation you represent.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for the people you invite into your workspace.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Internhuddle lawfully and not to misuse the service — including no attempts to access other companies’ data, disrupt the platform, upload unlawful content, or use the service to discriminate unlawfully against applicants.
Customer data
You retain ownership of the data you and your users put into Internhuddle. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and process that data to provide the service, as described in our Privacy summary.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis in USD. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect immediately and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. The Free plan is provided as-is.
Availability
We work hard to keep Internhuddle available and reliable, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis. We may update, improve or change features over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Internhuddle is provided without warranties, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before a claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
You may stop using Internhuddle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. On termination, your data is handled according to the retention and deletion practices in our Privacy summary.
